Our in house training specialist, Errah Jurus is a co-creator and owner of Urban City Coffee Roasters. While she has been involved in various facets of the industry from the selection of green beans to the business affairs of the day to day management, operating drive-thru coffee stands and sit-in cafes, her principle focus has been on training. She has worked with hotels, restaurants, cafe’s, espresso bars and drive-thru coffee stands and her advanced barista training courses have gained the respect and admiration of those in the industry.
