Urban City Coffee realizes how crucial that it is to stay in touch with our partners. As a customer your business will be assigned a personal Quality Assurance Representative. The representative will make no less than two monthly visits to your business location. During these visits you can expect to receive an inspection of your equipment and also to learn and receive brochures & samples of the latest HOT products in the market.
The espresso machine and grinder inspections include;
Checking the screens and gaskets of your espresso machine, inspect the burr blades on grinders, check the pressure and temperature on the espresso machine(s) and also a visual inspection of your water pump.
