Urban City Coffee Roasters delivers locally, ships nationally and inter-nationally.
Local (Seattle and surrounding areas):
We offer local customers an option of buying and receiving everything from us except for milk and ice. We have logo printed cups (Hot & Cold) and many cup accessories. We carry all popular syrup brands and flavors, chocolates and caramel sauces, smoothie base, teas, sodas, chips, etc. The list is extensive, but it’s also thorough so that customers can utilize our time to shop for them. If you are a coffee buying customer there is no minimum order amount for deliveries. If you are doing a product only order without coffee, the minimum order amount is $250 usd. Urban City Coffee has competitive prices on products. If you are a self shopper for your own business then you should reevaluate your time and expenses because our product delivered to your business is typically similar in cost.
National:
Urban City Coffee Roasters will ship coffee anywhere in the United States. Due to cost increases by shipping companies, Urban City Coffee has implemented a minimum order of 15lbs of coffee. Any shipping order of coffee weighing less than 15lbs will be billed to the buyer. Urban City Coffee will pay for the shipping charges (above minimum only) using standard U.P.S ground service. All rush orders will be charged the difference of service requests.
Inter-national:
Urban City Coffee Roasters ships inter-nationally and is trained and capable of dealing with customs and inter-nation shipping companies. We ship from Japan to the Caribbean and can ship to your specific location. Contact us for more details.
When Scheduling:
We are a roast to order company and have no back stock of your coffee blend prepared. Orders must be placed by 1pm (pst) for the order to be shipped the next day. Based on your geographic location, it may take up to 5 days to receive your order. Please contact us about to receive more information about your specific needs.
