Errah Jurus is the co-owner of Urban City Coffee and Director of Retail Services. Errah has been involved in the coffee industry for almost two decades, beginning her career in the coffee industry as a barista. To Errah, the experience of being a barista is what has shaped her for what she does today, Director of Retail Services for our wholesale customers and Operations Manager of Urban City Coffee’s three retail locations.
As Director of Retail Services for Urban City Coffee Roaster’s, Errah offer’s a variety of services for our customers. One of the many services Errah provides is training, which is her specialty. Errah host's a classroom based training course and also one-on-one training, either in our state of the art training facility or on-site at our customer’s location.
In addition to the training services, Errah also shares with our customers valuable information about running and managing retail locations. Her many years of being a successful business owner has given her the experience and knowledge to help make our customers more successful through her retail services and consulting.
